I currently use the internet everyday as part of my daily activity. I don't think I could go a day without checking my mailbox(es), just as I would get my mail out of my mailbox at my house.
You can email me at my Niagara adress and let me know what you think of my site at s0546368@mail.niagara.edu.
I use my computer to check my bank account balances all the time, I have Keybank and M& T Bank marked as favirotes in my folder.. I check my bank accounts all the time, at least a few times a week.
The Adelphia homepage is where I see a lot of my news, Adelphia is my internet provider, so their site is my homepage.
I also want to note that I don't really participate in any Facebook or Myspace communication. I don't really know why, but it never really appealed to me. I'm not sure how i feel about just putting my information out there for anyone to see. Even when I was actively involved in AOL discussions, I never filled out a "member profile" that you could fill out and tell al little about yourself.
I suppose that i think someone should have to work at it get to know someone... Call me old fashioned, but I don't want a friend (or a date) to be able to research me online and find about my personality and my hobbies before they even know me... I think a person has to work at something like that, friends have to be earned and made through communication and contact... You can't find friends in your search box from facebook. Basically, I am a little nervous to just publish personal information about me on the internet...
